		<description>Delighted to have discovered your blog, Pam. And definitely relate to this posting. I often find myself transfixed (like a rabbit in the headlights). I think you&#039;ve pinpointed my own addiction, which has to do with the illusion of being there. Sometimes it&#039;s a rush, but often it&#039;s depressingly isolating. There&#039;s also something about dipping my toes into the edge of the social media pool that makes me feel my age.
