Evolution of the social media press release

The International Association of Business Communicators has announced it is taking a leadership role in developing standard for social media press releases — and they’ve even done it with a social media release. Useful links to related content and potentially interesting embedded video, but ZA bandwidth renders it too irritating to watch. Pity the attributable quotes are pure marketese, too.
